Developing a Value-Driven Approach for Improving Decisions
This program focuses on the basics of data analysis, data modeling and decision making. Given the vast amount of data available to influence decisions, participants gain new tools to analyze data and make decisions. Seminar components include how to approach and break down a business situation/problem to identify key elements for an analysis, and how to use Excel to as a tool to complete the analysis. Decision making scenarios include how to use data analysis in a business setting to determine how much do we order, when do we order it and how much you are spending. Data analysis and decision making are applied to different manufacturing and service scenarios related to operations. Participants obtain new skills to improve decision making and business outcomes.Cost: $795; or free with scholarship.
